The following table describes the identifiers supported by the
SuperLoader.

An application client can request command support data by
setting the CmdDt bit of the INQUIRY command to 1, and
specifying the SCSI operation code of the Command Descriptor
Block (CDB) for which it wants information.
The format of the command support data and definitions of the
fields follow.

1 Concatenation of the Vendor Name,
Product ID, and unit serial number
2 Canonical form of the IEEE Extended
Unique Identifier, 64 bit (EIU-64)
3 FC-PH Name_Identifier
Identifier Identifier data, based on the Identifier Type.

EUI-64 assigned to the drive.

64-bit, type 3, FC-PH Name_Identifer
assigned to the drive.
