Display Serial Number
Serial Number displays the serial numbers of the library, drives, and the RMU. You may need this
information when contacting Technical Support.
Path:
2 Press and to scroll through the error
messages.
The format of the entries is as follows:
0:00:00=hours:minutes:seconds of
power on time since the error
occurred
SAC E2 E047=Service Action Code of error
message

3 If you would like to get more information,
press to highlight and then press
.
The text version of the Error message is
displayed.
4 Press to dismiss the message and
return to the Error log.
5 To exit the Error log, press to highlight
and then press .
